General
-
Ombré brows are a cosmetic tattoo technique that creates softly shaded, beautifully defined brows with a lighter finish at the front and gradually deeper colour through the arch and tail. Each treatment is carefully tailored to your features, skin tone and desired result.
-
Ombré brows typically last between 1–3 years before a colour refresh may be desired. Longevity varies depending on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, skincare products and other individual factors. The pigment will gradually soften and fade over time.
-
Ombré brows are suitable for a wide range of ages, skin types and brow concerns. They can add definition to sparse or uneven brows, enhance an existing shape, or create a more polished look with less daily maintenance. Your suitability will be assessed before treatment to ensure ombré brows are the right choice for you.
-
No. Please leave your brows as they are before your appointment. Your natural brow growth will be assessed and your brows carefully shaped as part of the treatment to complement your features and final ombré brow design.
-
Your brow shape is carefully designed to complement your natural features, facial proportions and existing brow growth. You’ll be involved throughout the design process, and the shape will be agreed upon before the treatment begins.
-
Your pigment colour is selected to complement your natural brow hair, skin tone and overall features. JGLOW uses premium professional pigments, with colours carefully selected and customised to create a balanced, natural-looking result.
-
Comfort levels vary from person to person, but most clients find the treatment very manageable. A topical anaesthetic is used throughout the appointment to help minimise discomfort and keep you as comfortable as possible.
-
Ombré brows are a two-stage treatment. Your initial appointment creates the shape and foundation of your brows, followed by a Refinement Appointment 6–8 weeks later once the skin has fully healed. This allows the healed result to be assessed and any necessary adjustments to colour or definition to be made.
-
JGLOW works exclusively on untreated skin and does not offer cover-ups, corrections or treatments over cosmetic tattooing performed by another artist. This allows each treatment to be designed and created to JGLOW’s standards from the outset.
-
treatments appropriately is important. Please allow at least 4 weeks between Botox and your ombré brow appointment to ensure your brows can be accurately assessed and designed.
-
Immediately after your appointment, your brows may appear darker and more defined than the final healed result, with some temporary redness or tenderness. The colour will soften as your brows move through the healing process and settle into the final result.
-
There is minimal downtime after ombré brows, and most clients can return to their usual activities straight away. Your brows will move through a healing process as the colour softens and settles. Detailed aftercare and healing guidance will be provided following your treatment.

Brow lamination is a styling treatment designed to smooth, lift and reposition the natural brow hairs to create a fuller, more balanced and beautifully groomed appearance. The treatment can be tailored to achieve a soft, natural finish or a more defined look depending on your brows and personal preference.
-
Brow lamination typically lasts around 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural hair growth cycle, skincare routine and how well the brows are maintained after treatment.
-
Yes. Brow lamination can be performed on cosmetically tattooed brows once the skin has fully healed. The treatment works with your natural brow hairs and can complement the shape and definition of your cosmetic tattoo.
-
Certain facial and skin treatments can leave the skin more sensitive and unsuitable for waxing. Please avoid active or intensive facial treatments for at least 7 days before your brow appointment. If you are unsure whether a recent treatment may affect your appointment, please contact JGLOW before booking.

A Korean lash lift is an advanced lifting treatment designed to enhance the natural lashes from the root, creating a beautifully lifted and open-eyed appearance. The technique is tailored to your natural lashes and eye shape for a soft, elegant result.
-
A traditional lash lift typically uses a silicone shield and a stronger setting process to curl the lashes into a fixed shape. A Korean lash lift uses a gentler, more flexible technique that lifts the lashes from the root and allows greater control over the final shape. This creates a softer, more customised result while prioritising the condition of the natural lashes.
-
A Korean lash lift typically lasts around 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and how the lashes are cared for following treatment.
-
Yes. You can wear mascara after a Korean lash lift, although many clients find they need less eye makeup once their natural lashes are lifted. Please avoid mascara and other eye makeup for the first 24 hours following your treatment.
-
Please avoid applying makeup directly to the treated area for the first 24 hours following your appointment. After this time, you can return to your usual makeup routine while following any aftercare guidance provided for your treatment.
