Payment is required to secure your appointment. Depending on the treatment booked, this may be a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Any deposit paid will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Appointment times vary depending on the treatment booked. You’ll find the estimated duration listed with each service when booking online, so you know how much time to allow for your appointment.

JGLOW requires a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. With the required notice, your deposit or booking payment will be transferred to your new appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours will result in the forfeiture of the amount paid at booking. All deposits and booking payments are non-refundable

To ensure a safe, calm and comfortable environment, children and pets cannot attend appointments. As space in the studio is limited, JGLOW also asks that you attend your appointment without additional guests.
